💼 Responsibilities:
- Moderate online content and maintain accuracy and compliance
- Navigate, interpret, and apply Google Maps and geography knowledge
- Follow client-defined process guidelines and update information on front-end systems
- Deliver tasks within SLA/TAT and ensure zero client escalations
- Maintain strong knowledge of process metrics, updates, and best practices
- Work across shifts as per business needs
✅ Key Skills Required:
- Excellent command over English and Hindi (spoken and written)
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer usage
- Typing speed of 30 WPM in the preferred language
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong judgment and decision-making based on training and policies
- Comfortable with shift-based work schedule
- CEFR C1 level fluency in English (preferred)
