- Complete listings within the defined SLA/TAT timelines.
- Work independently, monitor performance, and implement improvements.
- Maintain high user satisfaction and avoid client escalations.
- Update correct information on maps and related listings.
👤 Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
- Experience in International Voice Process preferred.
- Strong computer and MS Office skills.
- Typing speed: Minimum 30 words per minute.
- Familiarity with Google Maps, navigation, and basic geography.
- Flexible to work in different shifts based on business needs.
- Graduates and postgraduates from any stream can apply.
