📌 Job Responsibilities:
- Handle service delivery for key processes like Reconciliation and Journal Entries
- Drive standardization and process excellence within the R2R function
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues proactively
- Serve as the first level escalation point for operational challenges
- Manage and appraise a team of F&A professionals
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of period-end financial reports
🎯 Required Skills & Experience:
- 4–8 years in General Accounting / R2R within a BPO environment
- Strong working knowledge of Oracle Financials (ERP)
- Expertise in:
- Fixed Assets
- Intercompany Accounting
- Period-End Closing
- Financial Reporting
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and workflow management tools
- Flexible with shift timing (US Shift)
🎓 Educational Qualifications:
- UG: B.Com
- PG: M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA (Preferred)
