- End-to-end support for recruitment and onboarding processes
- Shortlisting candidates, issuing offer letters, and onboarding coordination

- Process transfers, promotions, reporting manager/location/designation changes
- Resolve employee queries and HR escalations via Case Management tools
- Maintain HR records and data confidentiality
- Handle routine HR inquiries and escalate complex ones to senior HR staff
🎯 Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Educational Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate
- Excellent communication & organizational skills
- Familiarity with HR systems and MS Office tools
- Freshers welcome; prior experience in HR support is a plus
