Job Responsibilities
- Manage vendor onboarding, setup, and master data updates.
- Process supplier invoices accurately and within defined timelines.
- Analyze invoice data and resolve invoice processing issues.
- Review unprocessed invoices and ensure timely completion.
- Execute vendor payment processes.
- Perform period-end reconciliation and support month-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with Accounts Payable policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve payment-related queries.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives within the PTP function.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Accounts Payable (PTP).
- Good understanding of Finance & Accounting processes.
- Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Customer and client-focused approach.
- Knowledge of Visual Basic or Macros will be an added advantage.
