✅ Sales & Acquisition

Drive retail current account acquisition in the branch

Focus on high-value onboarding and activation

Ensure value build-up & cross-sell (insurance, FD, RD, SIPs, mutual funds)
✅ Portfolio Management

Maintain healthy customer portfolios (activation, AQB maintenance)
-
Understand customer profiles & engage proactively
✅ Market & Product Penetration

Conduct catchment activities to drive lead generation
-
Increase product penetration – CASA, digital banking, etc.
✅ Operations

Ensure accurate and timely documentation
-
Adhere to bank processes and compliance standards
👤 Who Can Apply:

Must have minimum 5 years of experience in banking or wealth management
