Job Description/Skills Required
- Basis understanding of greeks, PnL attributes and valuation models
- P&L Preparation and Reporting and Commentary write-up at group level
- Well versed any of VAR Testing, Stress testing and Simulation
- Expertise in setting up New process, Transitions/Migrations, Stabilizing process & preparing MIS & PPTs
- Stake holder Management/Expectations, Process designing, identifying & performing Gap analysis
- Liaison with other function : Middle office, Front office, Other control groups
- Run Supervisory Dashboard calls to ensure the Quality of deliverables as per the agreed standards
- Ability to coordinate with multiple support teams (Robotics/PEX/P-BI) to drive Projects for Automation
- Good accounting knowledge & specific in product control is a key
- Reconciliation experience would be add-on
