Job Role or Description

• If we do not have Benefits profile, we are okay to go with US Payroll profile provided the candidate meet the below:
• Preferably male candidates considering the extreme night shifts
• Communicate well
• Collaborate with other team members well and contribute to thought processes for problem solving and development of processes and solutions
• Understand SAP and/or other payroll systems
• Attention to detail
• Ability to self-review and know how to ensure accuracy of work performed
• Create basic data submissions according to carrier standards
• Take on basic assignments requiring data preparation and submission with guidance from SME.
• Adapt to other basic processes such as invoice processing, VOE, pulling reports from carrier sites, submitting data to carrier sites.
• Handle basic projects/calendar management for regular deliverables without constant supervision
