💼 Key Responsibilities:

📌 UAT Planning & Strategy:

• Define scope, objectives, and strategies for User Acceptance Testing.

• Develop UAT test plans, test cases, and execution strategies.

• Identify potential risks in UAT processes and prepare mitigation plans.

📌 UAT Execution & Coordination:

• Execute and oversee test cases to ensure quality and alignment with business goals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for resources and defect resolution.

• Monitor test progress and ensure timely closure of defects.

📌 Stakeholder Engagement:

• Maintain strong communication with business users, IT teams, and developers.

• Conduct UAT onboarding and training sessions.

• Facilitate collaboration across departments for smoother test execution.

📌 Documentation & Reporting:

• Record test results, scenarios, and issues in detail.

• Share comprehensive test reports highlighting defect status and testing outcomes.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification:
  Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any discipline (preferred in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields).

• Preferred Qualities:

  • Strong analytical and documentation skills

  • Familiarity with UAT or SDLC processes

  • Excellent communication & teamwork skills
