📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead data analytics initiatives using Power BI, SQL, and Alteryx.

• Build robust data models, KPIs, and dashboards for decision-making.

• Drive data projects across teams—business development, ops, and stakeholders.

• Ensure data accuracy through ETL workflows and validation techniques.

• Mentor junior analysts and ensure adoption of best practices in analytics.

• Implement Row Level Security (RLS) and use advanced DAX formulas in Power BI.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science

• Master’s degree or certifications like CAP, DASCA, Microsoft Certified (preferred)

• 3+ years in data analytics

• Strong experience in:

  • Power BI (Power Query, DAX, dashboards)

  • SQL & Relational Databases

  • Alteryx for ETL and data cleansing

  • Data modeling – Star Schema, Snowflake, ER diagrams

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform & Cloud tech is a plus

• Programming knowledge is advantageous
