Roles & Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS / IFRS / GAAP
- Provide financial insights for management decisions
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Lead annual budgeting & forecasting
- Monitor performance vs budget
- Suggest corrective actions
Cash Flow & Working Capital
- Manage cash flow & liquidity
- Oversee receivables, payables & inventory
- Optimize working capital
Internal Controls & Compliance
- Implement strong internal controls
- Ensure statutory & regulatory compliance
- Coordinate with auditors
Taxation (Direct & Indirect)
- Handle Income Tax, TDS, GST compliance
- Manage tax filings, audits & assessments
- Coordinate with tax authorities
Financial Strategy & Risk Management
- Support strategic planning
- Identify & mitigate financial risks
- Manage FX & investment risks
Cost Control
- Monitor operational costs
- Drive cost optimization initiatives
Systems & Process Improvement
- Manage ERP systems
- Improve financial processes & automation
Team Leadership
- Lead & mentor finance team
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting
Stakeholder Management
- Present reports to senior management & board
- Support strategic business decisions
Secretarial & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act
- Manage board meetings, filings & statutory records
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
- Master’s Degree (Preferred)
- CA / ICWA (Preferred)
Experience
- 10+ years in Finance & Accounts (Mandatory)
