 Roles & Responsibilities

 Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS / IFRS / GAAP
• Provide financial insights for management decisions

 Budgeting & Forecasting

• Lead annual budgeting & forecasting
• Monitor performance vs budget
• Suggest corrective actions

 Cash Flow & Working Capital

• Manage cash flow & liquidity
• Oversee receivables, payables & inventory
• Optimize working capital

 Internal Controls & Compliance

• Implement strong internal controls
• Ensure statutory & regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with auditors

 Taxation (Direct & Indirect)

• Handle Income Tax, TDS, GST compliance
• Manage tax filings, audits & assessments
• Coordinate with tax authorities

 Financial Strategy & Risk Management

• Support strategic planning
• Identify & mitigate financial risks
• Manage FX & investment risks

 Cost Control

• Monitor operational costs
• Drive cost optimization initiatives

 Systems & Process Improvement

• Manage ERP systems
• Improve financial processes & automation

 Team Leadership

• Lead & mentor finance team
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting

 Stakeholder Management

• Present reports to senior management & board
• Support strategic business decisions

 Secretarial & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Companies Act
• Manage board meetings, filings & statutory records

 Eligibility Criteria

 Qualification

• Master’s Degree (Preferred)
• CA / ICWA (Preferred)

 Experience

• 10+ years in Finance & Accounts (Mandatory)

 Language

• English (Required)
