 Roles & Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in distributed systems
• Support services impacting customer experience in Amazon Physical Stores
• Work with web services, APIs, and backend systems
• Debug and maintain systems involving hardware & software components
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve processes
• Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge
• Identify system improvements and drive implementation
• Define and enhance support processes

 Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 2 – 7 years in:
  • Software development OR
  • Technical support
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Experience in scripting (any modern programming language)
• Knowledge of:
  • Distributed systems
  • Web services (REST, XML, JSON)
  • Web application development
• Experience with RAID systems (hardware/software)

 Key Skills Required

• 5 days/week (rotational)
