Job Description:
- Experience in Accounts Payable, PTP (Procure to Pay), PO-NO Invoice, Invoice Processing, Payment Processing, 3-Way and 2-Way Matching.
- Processing invoices for Rent, Service Charge, Insurance, etc.
- Understanding of expense accounts and cost centers.
- Perform supplier statement reconciliation, verify and investigate discrepancies.
- Validate due diligence checks for new supplier onboarding.
- Streamline invoice management with line-by-line purchase order and multi-way invoice matching.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of statement/vendor reconciliation.
- Comfortable working from the office in Pune, Magarpatta.
