Job Description/Skills Required
Mandatory Requirements
- 6-10 years FS experience in Trading Equities
- Consulting experience with an established business or technology consulting firm
- Capital Markets IT projects delivered – Minimum 4
- Understand Capital markets Instruments – OTC Derivatives, Equity Derivatives; FX ; Fixed Income; Interest Rate Derivatives (includes Swaps, Futures and Options)
- Risk management experience (highly preferred but not mandatory)
- Demonstrable BA skills – experience with building reconciliation tools, setting up test data; documenting processes – sequence/process flow diagrams; structured analysis
- Data mapping and analysis
- Be able to work independently without constant supervision
Good to have skills
- A track record of operating in demanding environments at large banking and financial institutions
- Flexibility and agility to navigate changing initiatives according to the business requirements
- Strong executive presentation skills
- Ability to understand data sets and recommend data quality rules
- Business design skills
- Complex problem solving
- Experience with modern digital transformation (e.g. envisioning the modern customer experience, driving insights from data, service-based operating models, cloud-based propositions and migration approaches etc)
- Experience with business transformation methodology:
