🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage month-end closing and reporting processes with precision and timeliness.
- Oversee General Ledger Accounting, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, and Intercompany Reconciliations.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all R2R-related financial reporting activities.
- Lead transformational finance initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain effective communication and reporting standards.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance.
🎯 Desired Candidate Profile:
- 9–14 years of hands-on experience in Record to Report / Financial Accounting.
- Strong expertise in GL Accounting, Reconciliations, Month-End Closing, and Reporting.
- Proven leadership in managing finance teams and improving accounting processes.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Candidates with experience in the Automotive industry will be preferred.
- Flexible to work in rotational or multiple shifts.
