Qualifications:
- Education: B.Com/M.Com/CA
- Experience: Proven experience in General Ledger (GL) Accounting and team management
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Delivery: Ensure high-quality service for processes such as Reconciliation and Journals, with zero surprises.
- Process Excellence: Drive standardization and efficiency in processes.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively address issues and support troubleshooting.
- People Management: Lead and appraise team performance effectively.
- Escalation Management: Act as the L1 escalation point and single point of contact for process-related issues.
Key Skills:
- Strong leadership and motivational abilities with experience in team management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Flexibility with work content and timings
- Proficiency in desktop and workflow management tools
- Expertise in Financial Period End Process and Financial Reporting on Oracle applications
- In-depth knowledge of General Accounting, including Fixed Assets, Inter-company, and Period End Closing and Reporting
