Job Description/Skills Required
Any graduate with 1.5+ years experience in technical /Global Service Desk/IT Service Desk role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent phone skills and the ability to be courteous and engaging on a consistent basis.
- Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Flexible to work in 24/7 Shift. ( Rotational shift is mandatory)
- Able to work in a competitive environment and meet the KPIs productivity, quality, FTF, customer satisfaction.
- Experience in ticketing tool like BMC remedy, ServiceNow..etc
- proactive problem solving, analytical mindset & customer centric approach.
- Basic knowledge in Hardware level troubleshooting for all Laptop s and Desktop s.
- Good knowledge and experience in Windows OS.
- Good troubleshooting skills in O365, outlook, email related services, BYOD, MDM, ..etc
- Good knowledge in MFA – Mobilepass, PingID.
- Good Knowledge on Skype, teams.
- Experience in Networking – LAN,Wi-Fi, VPN, internet, intranet, SSO etc.
- Good Experience in Encryption software s like Bit locker, Sophos, PGP…Etc.
- Good experience in handling all the software Installation request and issues related – Anti Virus, Citrix, Cisco AnyConnect, office applications, SCCM etc
- Experience in data backup like OneDrive, PC backup, share drive etc
