About the Role
As a Customer Support Executive (Voice – WHO Process), you will assist Amazon customers with their queries, ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills and flexibility to work in night shifts and rotational week offs.
Eligibility & Skills
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Any Graduate/PG eligible).
- Freshers can apply; prior BPO experience is an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
- Comfortable with night shifts & flexible work schedules.
Salary & Benefits
💰 Base Pay: ₹2.5 – 4.5 LPA
🍴 Zeta Meal Card: ₹1,100/month (₹13,200 annually)
🏥 Health Insurance: Coverage up to ₹5 Lacs
🌙 Night Shift Allowance: ₹150/shift
⏱ Overtime Allowance as per business requirement
📅 5-day working week with 2 consecutive days off (rotational)
