Job Role or Description

• -Analyzing and defining business problems Defining rough technology and system requirement to solve the problems Planning of business action to solve/improve the problems using results of data analytics Defining business goals, KGIs, KPIs Defining workflow and decision-making process Define metrics to guide process measurement and root cause assessment based on best practice for projects Assist clients to create process improvement programs in accordance to their business strategy Lead project teams to solve problems Use project management and change management strategies for projects Analyze business segments and industry landscape to find optimal process recommendations and impact analysis Primary Skills Analyzing and defining business problems along with understanding of technology landscape (Architecture, HLD, LLD etc.) Identifying, defining business goals, KGIs, KPIs and designing workflows Proficient in creating business/ project documents (BRD, FRD/FSD, Logic Doc etc.). Experience in project management tools like Jira/ Confluence/ Azure Devops etc. Good to have ability of understanding & responding to RFPs, creation of business case (open in terms of functional/ domain knowledge) Strong technology acumen, data analysis skills (MS Excel/ basic SQL), creating wireframes and knowledge of BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Qliksense etc.) Effectively communicating to internal/ external stakeholders based on data for decision making Experience in IT project delivery by methodologies like Waterfall, Agile
