Deliver service in line with agreed controls and procedures to ensure high level customer service for internal and external customers.Manage stake holders including both internal and external. will act as a point of contact in resolving all issues with internal and external business stake holders.Leads and develops the team, geared towards high quality service delivery.Responsible for people and performance management.
