Job Description
As a Fraud Analyst at Capgemini, you’ll play a key role in safeguarding clients from fraud. Your primary duties include:
š¹ Reviewing transactions (check & digital payments) to detect fraud through monitoring systems
š¹ Analyzing financial transactions for suspicious activity, such as unusual purchase patterns
š¹ Identifying and investigating fraud trends and patterns in accounts and data
š¹ Holistic data review to provide actionable insights and recommendations
Secondary Skills:
š¹ Comfortable with US / UK/ Late UK shifts (Mandatory)
š¹ Strong communication skills
š¹ Decision-making by categorizing alerts (false positive or for further investigation)
š¹ Meet production targets with a high standard of accuracy (90-95%)
