Job Description
As a Fraud Analyst at Capgemini, you’ll play a key role in safeguarding clients from fraud. Your primary duties include:
🔹 Reviewing transactions (check & digital payments) to detect fraud through monitoring systems
🔹 Analyzing financial transactions for suspicious activity, such as unusual purchase patterns
🔹 Identifying and investigating fraud trends and patterns in accounts and data
🔹 Holistic data review to provide actionable insights and recommendations
Secondary Skills:
🔹 Comfortable with US / UK/ Late UK shifts (Mandatory)
🔹 Strong communication skills
🔹 Decision-making by categorizing alerts (false positive or for further investigation)
🔹 Meet production targets with a high standard of accuracy (90-95%)
