Responsibilities
- Ability to comprehend complex information/data set
- Ability to deliver work as per agreed accuracy service levels along with good productivity
- Communication with onshore team for getting the resolutions on pending information
- Analyze and identify trends and raise for awareness.
- Maintaining high level of accuracy while performing work

Minimum Qualifications / Skills
- Any Non-Technical graduate is eligible (Except Law)
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience (Banking/Transactions/Non voice) is mandatory
