  Job profile

  1. Assist Chief Ratings Officer and Analytical leadership team in planning, conceptualization, execution and implementation follow-up of key projects.
  2. Be involved in putting together MIS, analytics and insights on ratings and business performance.
  3. Responsibility for management of dashboards. Coordination with leadership on key MISs and reviews on an ongoing basis.
  4. Construct insights for board presentations, senior management meetings & reviews and briefing materials for external meetings.
  5. Prepare operational analytics and enable data driven decision making.
  6. Competition analysis, market intelligence and other analysis.
  7. Adhoc data analysis for the senior management.
  8. Project management
     1. Assist in execution of key projects by working closely with the leadership and ensuring they are progressing as per plan and timelines.
     2. Regular updates and follow-ups on identified strategic agendas. Value-add to the initiatives to make it more effective.
     3. Monitoring and showcasing outcomes / goalposts.
     4. Interactions with teams to ensure on ground connect and flow of information.
     5. Deliver analysis across key parameters along with suggestions for improvement.
