- Preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss account, Cash Flows etc.
- Statutory Audit, US GAAP financials and reporting
- Preparing audit schedules and handling audit queries
- Perform SOX Controls related to the process
- Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss variance Analysis etc.
- Handling FPA and top management queries
- Review Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Intercompany transactions and review including inter- company loans
- Review external loans and interest and accounting for leases
