Job Details:
• The incumbent will be the finance lead for the segment and responsible to track and report operational, financial, and business performance metrics and support the operations. • Person will be maintaining close liaison with business managers to support the forecast and budget preparation, delivering analysis, modelling and insight on business opportunities, and providing options and scenarios for business decisions including preparation and assessment of capital investment appraisals. • Based on annual budgets and rolling forecasts, challenge shortfalls to target and opportunities for high performance with recommendations through monthly and weekly reports. • He / she will take an active role in designing plans for monitoring and improving performance & productivity through tracking of costs and revenues. • Ensure high quality analytical support for materialization of business targets and projects. • Performance management: preparation of management reports for weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reviews, collaborating with fellow FBPs and business heads to consolidate functional inputs. • Revenue / profit optimization projects: Conduct deep-dives on chronic revenue application / cost recovery gaps or profit maximization opportunities, recommend actions to drive improvements and quantify impact of those actions.
