Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive financial strategy and decision-making.
- Performance Reporting: Analyze key financial metrics and present insightful reports to senior leadership.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with various departments to understand business needs, provide financial insights, and support strategic planning.
- Cost Management: Monitor and analyze financial performance to ensure efficient cost management and profitability.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for financial process optimization and contribute to the development of best practices.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: CA, CMA, ACCA, CIIM, MBA, Inter CA, or Part Qualified in any of these qualifications.
- Experience: Proven experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) or a similar finance role.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a simple, clear manner.

📅 Working days: 5 (Hybrid)
🔍 Experience: Min 3-4 years in FPNA
