Job Description/Skills Required
- 1. Conducting/participating in walkthroughs and planning sessions with department employees responsible for a particular function 2. Analysis of regulations and internal policies/rules for each function in consultation with the team leads 3. Performing in-depth analysis of the processes under review to identify process gaps and non-adherence to the set process
- 4. Identification of observations/issues with stakeholders and determination of risk and impact of said observations/issues. 5. Finalization of issues identified and risk level with team leads 6. Identification of detailed recommendation to mitigate the risk and issues noted
- 7. Identification of areas that require immediate attention based on the findings or assessment of the relative risk and suggest preventive and detective controls or enhance existing controls to prevent future occurrence 8. Ensure detailed documentation of the test work-papers including sample information and supporting documentation
- 9. Draft quality QA reports for all the reviews performed within the given deadline 10. Discuss findings and recommendations to the respective offshore Heads and Head of Department
