Job description
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Experience in handling sales of luxury residential projects(highrised buildings).
2. Coming up with sales strategies, forecasts and closing the targets within the given schedule.
3. Handling clients independently and attending the direct /arranged site walk-ins.
4. Good knowledge about current Real Estate Industry.
5. Maintain network with the Channel Partner/clients and manage sales agents.
6. Track and maintain sales volumes and submit the same to the management.
7. Should know Telugu, English and Hindi.
