Job Description/Skills Required
- Prepare the GST reconciliation and file the Monthly GST returns within the due date.
- Prepare Monthly TDS computation and remit the TDS payments and file the Quarterly TDS return.
- Prepare and file the Monthly Softex, Monthly Performance Report, Quarterly Performance Report and APR.
- File the Bill of Entry and generate the E-Way bills on material movements.
- Ensure all the SEZ compliances are followed and maintain the required documents.
- Generate the EBRC Certificate from DGFT portal for the foreign remittances on monthly basis.
- Prepare the Half Yearly professional tax challan and submit it with the Local Authorities.
- Review and monitor the Weekly AP payments and verify the correctness of charge lines.
- Co-ordinate with HR, Admin and IT team and resolve the accounts related issues.
- Maintain the Fixed Asset Register and track the Additions and deletions periodically.
- Maintain the Receivable tracker and follow up with the customers for payments and ensure all the payments are received in time.
