Job Role or Description
- This position includes responsibility for all tasks associated with the accurate and timely processing of invoices/transactions as per the individual client instructions. The role requires effective decision making, attention to the minutest detail, ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. This position includes strong analytical skills to analyze every invoice/transactions through all possible processing criterias. This position requires the incumbent to be flexible to work in 24/7 environment and may have to stretch beyond normal working hours to meet deadlines/ complete urgent work etc. The role incorporates accurate processing of the invoices/transactions to make sure that no over paying or under paying takes place. The role requires prioritization of work according to client expectations. Should have good verbal and written communication skills. Should have a minimum typing speed of 35 wpm. Proficiency to read & understand the complex alpha numeric data, look-up for the acceptable customer using the appropriate search criterias and post the check amounts to the correct customer account numbers. The Processor must ensure the completion of the work within the cut off timings.
