- The candidate should be a master in handling transformation projects, new projects, transitions etc., challenges that may crop up during the process and must have the necessary dynamics to handle such challenges without impacting / minimal impact to the project / timelines / people involved. •The prospective candidate will be expected to work closely with the Functional Head and Managers within Fund Accounting domain across applicable locations to support operational transformations and business growth. •Demonstration of commitment to continuous process improvement is required with highly creative / adaptive mindset. •Conducting appraisals / performance reviews for team members and assisting with constructive feedback and must have the ownership to create a prospective career path for each team member. •Provide Potential solutions to change requests and analyze impacts on current operating model •Conducting status updates to the leadership group / regular connects with stakeholders as required. •Must have professional skills to get things done with defined timelines and minimum impact on deliverables. Contributing Responsibilities: •Collect and analyze operating model change(s) requests from Operations / Division heads across groups •Analyze / Review / handle / Execute process documents including Business Requirement Document, LFACM ticket(s), Project Initiation Document(s), High Level Estimates, FENG requests to ensure accurate execution / Documentation of the requests. • Provide Potential solutions to change requests and analyze impacts on current operating model. •Implementation of BP2S Group solutions / standardization of work flows as and when required. •Initialize trainings promptly for all the stakeholders •Creates a professional interface between the team and the senior leadership group.
