Job Role or Description

• Setting up new Banking relationships /Renewal of existing facilities – Negotiating with banks for new banking facility – Commercial Vetting of Banking facility documents – Coordination with legal team for vetting – Coordination with Secretariat team for Board resolution Financial statement analysis – Submission of financial information to Banks /rating agencies/ MFs – Analyzing & reporting of key financial ratios relevant for lenders – Replying to queries raised by Banks /rating agencies/ MFs – Preparation of CMA/financial projection (PL,CF,BS) for submission to banks – Treasury MIS related to borrowing, Investment, Trade finance Innovative treasury products – Finding out innovative ways of reducing DSO/receivables. – Vendor bill discounting – Commodity hedging Investments – Setting up investment policy for Blue Star group & individual companies – Timely and optimum investment as per policy – Credit analysis of potential investment targets – PF and other trust investments
