Job Description/Skills Required
- Working as an Executive/Senior in this team, your responsibilities will include: Performing audit field work and playing the role of an in-charge on audit engagements Being active member of audit engagement team and performing audit procedures on the client that you are allocated. Being responsible for contacting client for documents that are necessary for audit Identification of issues/missing information and managing & tracking the open issues until resolved. Handle end to end audit of small and medium sized clients. — Auditing complex sections of the financial statements of companies as per country specific statutory requirements — Building relationships with onshore team members sitting across different locations Preferred Skills Technical skills: — Knowledge in one or more of the following sectors: FS, Consumer & Retail, Manufacturing, Telecom, Government and Health — Experience in in-charging on external audit — Strong knowledge of IFRS — Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Behavioral / team skills: — Excellent written and verbal communication skills — Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations — Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments. — Effective at inspiring and motivating team members in order to deliver high quality standards. — Recognizing the developmental requirements of team members and set goals to achieve them.
