- Prepare and manage operational budgets, including expenses related to stamp papers, storage, and document management.
- Manage vendor relationships with gold appraisers, security agencies, logistics providers, and other partners.
- Resolve operational and cash-related issues while ensuring smooth process execution.
Customer Relationship Management
- Supervise the complete loan booking process from customer interaction to loan disbursement.
- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor the evaluation of pledged gold, loan eligibility, and loan booking accuracy.
Branch Operations
- Monitor branch operations to ensure compliance with company SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
- Work closely with branch managers to resolve operational challenges.
- Conduct periodic branch audits and operational reviews.
Cash Management & Auction Operations
- Ensure adequate cash availability for branch loan disbursements.
- Coordinate with banking partners for cash logistics.
- Oversee gold auction processes, including scheduling, bidder onboarding, asset valuation, pricing, settlements, and release procedures.
- Ensure compliance with auction regulations and company policies.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory, operational, and quality standards.
- Implement risk management practices covering operational, credit, and compliance risks.
- Oversee post-booking quality assurance, KYC verification, and data accuracy.
- Conduct internal audits and quality reviews to identify and address compliance gaps.
- Respond to audit observations and implement corrective actions.
Team Management
- Participate in recruitment and onboarding of team members.
