B.com – (Designation-Researcher)
MBA -Finance (Designation -Senior Researcher & Associate Analyst)
Candidates who are complete pass-outs of 2022 & 2023 (if the candidate is selected should join within a week).
Roles and Responsibilities
Track financial transactions, including M&A, Partnerships, and Capital Raising (through debt and equity, Private Equity and Venture Capital transactions)
Having the ability to use online and other secondary research materials quickly and effectively, searching both systematically and intuitively to deliver optimum results ensuring all deals transactions are updated with the latest info available
A finance savvy, with knowledge on company financials.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong analytical skills and the ability to think independently.
Ability to normalize data through secondary research. Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel / Word).
Good communication skills
