Handle inbound customer queries and complaints with a focus on first-contact resolution

Cross-sell / upsell banking products: loans, accounts, credit cards, and more

Follow product/process guidelines with zero errors

Collaborate with internal teams for escalations and resolutions

Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate
