About the Role
As part of Axis Bank’s Branch Banking team, you will be responsible for delivering superior customer service, driving sales of bank products, and managing financial transactions. The Branch Relationship Officer (BRO) acts as a key touchpoint between the bank and its customers, helping to grow business through relationship management, cross-selling, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and cross-sell of bank products like Life Insurance, Mutual Funds, Loans, and CASA.
- Achieve monthly business targets and generate referrals for new customers.
- Handle cash transactions and process customer service requests accurately.
- Ensure compliance with KYC/AML and other banking regulations.
- Promote digital banking channels (Internet, Mobile, WhatsApp Banking).
- Participate in marketing campaigns and local outreach programs.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and complete mandatory certifications.
