🔧 Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for frontline sales hiring in the Retail Asset vertical.
- Maintain 100% manning penetration throughout the year.
- Build a pipeline of candidates via self-sourcing, referrals, job portals, and social media.
- Coordinate with hiring managers, stakeholders, and departments for interview scheduling.
- Manage bulk hiring processes, especially from the BFSI/NBFC sector.
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process – from sourcing to onboarding.
- Post job advertisements and maintain job descriptions across platforms.
- Handle background verifications, generate offer letters, and complete joining formalities.
- Track hiring metrics and recruitment data via MIS reports.
- Ensure all recruitment operations follow internal policies and employment norms.
🎯 Desired Candidate Profile:
- 0–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or Recruitment.
- Sound understanding of HR processes and recruitment strategy.
- Hands-on experience with Excel functions like Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
- Effective in communication, interpersonal dealings, and team collaboration.
- Must be self-driven, persuasive, and capable of working in a high-pressure environment.
