💼 About the Role:
Axis Bank is looking for dynamic and driven individuals for the role of CASA Sales Executive. The selected candidates will be a part of the frontline sales team, responsible for acquiring new customers and selling banking products.
🔍 Role-wise Experience Criteria:
- Officer Sales I: 0–1 year (Freshers welcome)
- Officer Sales II: 1–2 years (Experience in any sales domain)
- Assistant Manager Sales: 2+ years in CASA/BFSI/Banking
💡 Candidates with prior banking experience will be preferred.
🧾 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Sales of bank and third-party products
✅ Participate in local marketing activities
✅ Daily customer visits for acquisition
✅ Cross-sell and up-sell to existing customers
✅ Achieve monthly sales targets
✅ Resolve customer queries and ensure satisfaction
✅ Maintain CRM entries and follow compliance guidelines
✅ Complete certifications like AMFI, EUIN, etc.
