HCLTech is hiring experienced professionals in OTC – Collections for Associate and Analyst roles.

🎯 Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in OTC, Collections, Billing, Cash Applications, Order Management
- Strong process knowledge and team management exposure
- Excellent communication and escalation handling skills
- Comfortable working in Night Shifts and from Office
- Only candidates with relevant experience will be considered
