💼 Job Responsibilities

Gain expertise in policy management systems, applications, and tools.

Understand business lines at Axa XL and apply them in daily work.

Interpret handover documents (slips, endorsements, declarations, reports) and update policy management systems.

Prepare pricing models and insurance documents for internal/external clients.

Communicate with underwriters and middle office teams to resolve queries.
-
Perform quality checks on tasks executed by team members.

Maintain detailed process documentation and process maps.

Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.

Support transition projects and execution as required.
-
Ensure adherence to SLA and quality standards.

Work with workflow and time-tracking tools for reporting and efficiency.

Provide global time zone coverage as needed.

Education: Graduate in any discipline (Insurance, Commerce, Finance & Accounting preferred).

Experience: 1–4 years in a corporate environment.

Preferred Knowledge: Insurance / Underwriting.
