Job Responsibilities
✔ Handle end-to-end health insurance inquiries via voice, live chat, and email
✔ Assist members with pre-authorization, policy servicing, claim assessment, complaints, and other insurance-related queries
✔ Ensure timely and accurate responses while maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to KPIs like Calls/Chats per Hour (CPH) and Average Speed to Answer (ASA)
✔ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary
✔ Maintain accurate documentation of member interactions and complaints
✔ Work in rotational shifts including UK timings (8 AM – 8 PM UK Time / 12:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST) with strict scheduled breaks
✔ Provide empathetic and professional support, ensuring high customer satisfaction (CSAT)
Candidate Profile

Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to interact with UK customers

Competent in live chat and voice call handling

Strong problem-solving skills with empathy and professionalism

Detail-oriented, able to document interactions accurately

Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus

Typing proficiency: 40-60 wpm

Graduate or Post-graduate in any specialization
