Key Responsibilities:
- Manage existing corporate relationships and source salary accounts.
- Drive salary credit activations and deepen salary account relationships.
- Upsell cross-sell banking products like loans, insurance, investments, etc.
- Ensure positive profitability per corporate account.
- Maintain updated MIS and call reports.
- Handle service issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Compliance and Risk:
- Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to compliance policies.
- Ensure ethical conduct and safeguard company-provided assets.
Skills & Requirements:
- 1–6 years of experience in corporate sales or salary account acquisition.
- Sound knowledge of KYC, banking processes, and Chennai-based corporate landscape.
- Strong communication, client relationship, and multitasking skills.
