Role & responsibilities
Candidate must be having at least 2-4 years of experience in credit underwriting .
Evaluate potential customers creditworthiness.
Evaluate and approve loan applications , Negotiate terms with customer, Maintain relationships with major financial institutions and continually update loan files and credit .
Identify loans of high risk and ensure loan terms are met to avoid foreclosures.
Create and maintain loan files .
Expertise with credit, collections and collections processing
