🎯 Roles & Responsibilities:
- Acquire Business Accounts / Current Accounts through cold calling, market references, cross-selling & third-party product sales (insurance, mutual funds SIPs).
- Execute sales & marketing activities to achieve branch targets.
- Ensure liability acquisition goals by developing and managing customer relationships.
- Acquire new customers via walk-ins, referrals, campaigns, and associations.
- Deliver smooth account opening & onboarding for NTB customers.
- Adhere to KYC & AML guidelines, ensuring compliance with banking norms.
- Maintain confidentiality of bank’s data and ensure secure handling of information.
✅ Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–6 years of experience in banking sales, business development, or direct sales.
- Strong understanding of banking operations & compliance guidelines.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building & sales skills.
