💼 Key Responsibilities:

Achieve 100% of sales and collection targets

Execute marketing activities (leafleting, canopy setup, lead generation)

Source new customers and manage existing client portfolios

Perform credit and physical verifications of business, property, and financial documents

Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Valuation, and Collection teams
-
Prepare basic Credit Appraisal Memos (CAMs) and conduct reference checks
-
Ensure compliance with operational procedures and maintain updated MIS
-
Handle early delinquency cases, bounce cases, and EMI collections
-
Maintain strong customer relationships and build brand trust in the market
👤 Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience: 2 – 4 years (minimum 3 years preferred)

Education: Graduate in any discipline

Age: Maximum 40 years

Must be familiar with smartphones, basic computer operations, and local geography

Candidates with sales experience in NBFCs, banks, or financial institutions preferred

Strong communication skills, customer focus, and action-oriented attitude
