🧾 Job Role: Senior Process Executive (SPE) – Procure to Pay (PTP)

Department: Finance & Accounting

Shift Timing: UK Shift (11:30 AM – 9:30 PM)
Transport: Two-way cab facility provided

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Setup and update vendor information
• Process and validate supplier invoices
• Analyze invoice data and resolve exceptions
• Handle payment processing
• Perform period close reconciliation
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve queries

🧠 Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 2 – 4 years in Accounts Payable / PTP / F&A domain (preferably in BPO)
• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / ICWA / CA (Inter)
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SAP (preferred)
  • Strong verbal & written English communication
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • MS Excel; VBA/Macros is an added advantage
