💼 Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly sales and collection targets

Conduct field marketing activities and lead generation

Engage with new and existing customers for loan sourcing

Customer query resolution and relationship management

Conduct physical verifications (residence, business, documents)

Prepare Credit Appraisal Memos (CAM)
-
Coordinate with Credit, Ops, Legal & Collection teams
-
Handle early delinquency and ensure EMI collections
-
Ensure compliance, policy adherence, and clean documentation
-
Submit timely MIS and maintain updated client information
🎯 Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience: 3 – 10 years in sales (preferably BFSI)

Education: Any Graduate
-
Age: Up to 40 years
-
Should possess strong local area knowledge

Familiarity with smartphones, basic apps, and systems

Must carry NOC if joining from another financial institution

Strong integrity, customer focus, urgency, and attention to detail
