🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Support HR Global Shared Services in HR process mapping, analysis, and evaluations
- Assist with data consolidation, cleansing, and reporting
- Maintain and update HR templates based on best practices
- Coordinate internal meetings and HR workshops
- Work closely with Process Analysts and international managers across geographies
- Ensure accurate administrative tracking and action follow-ups
âś… Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/B.Com/related to HR or Business Admin) with 60%+ from 10th onward
- Language: Minimum B2 level proficiency in French (written and verbal)
- Skills:
- Excellent MS Excel and Microsoft Office knowledge
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn in a corporate global setting
- Preferred: Candidates pursuing or having completed MBA/PGDM in HR are encouraged to apply
