Job Title: Financial Reporting Specialist
Location: Talwade – Pune, India

Job Description:
- 2+ years of experience in Financial Reporting for hedge funds or mutual funds.
- Should have sound understanding of Capital Markets including but not limited to Derivatives, Equities and Fixed income securities.
- Qualified accountant or/and strong working experience in financial reporting will be preferred.
- Should have worked on Financial Reporting profile, responsible for preparation and presentation of various financial statements and end to end disclosures as per IFRS, US GAAP
- Experience in process set-up/migration of work from global locations would be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation/review of financial statements/regulatory reports like- Balance sheet, P&L, Portfolios, Notes to financial statements.
- Acting as subject matter expert for the team assisting them in troubleshooting as well as training the team members to get them up the curve
- Knowledge of US GAAP
- Ensuring process initiatives and efficiency gain in manual processes
- Develop strong, pro-active, and highly professional working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of Adjusted Trial Balance/ QC Footing / Schedule of Investments
- Managing and building a strong team
- Preparation of MIS
- Good Team Player.
- Strong Interpersonal skill
Education:
B. Com, M. Com, Post Graduate Degree from a Recognized business Institute/University, majorly in Accounting or Finance.
Skills:
Excellent communication / Domain skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (e.g. MS excel, MS word).
